Orders are processed Monday through Friday during regular business hours. If your order is placed outside of business hours, it will be processed and shipped on the following business day. Once your order is processed, the shipping time varies based on the shipping method that is chosen.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
You can return any products purchased within 14 days as long as they are unwashed and unworn.

You will be guided on further steps. or you can contact us at info@hijactive.com.com Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Sale items may be refunded but the refund will be the discounted price and not the original price.
To return an item, fill out the returns form on your delivery note marking the items to return and the reason for returning.
We accept returns within 14 days after the receipt of your delivery.

The HijActive™️ Limited website provides a detailed size guide which consists of body measurements for each size and product type. You can access the size guide at the bottom of any page on the website, or you can access it from product pages.
Once you enter the product page, each item has its own ‘product details’ within which you can see specific dimensions and sizes etc.
