REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
The HijActive™️ limited Guarantee
PRODUCTS’ CONDITION IN CASE OF A RETURN/EXCHANGE
In order to be a product returned (for an exchange or permanently), it must be
- Unused and Unworn
- Must be in its original packaging
- Along with the original receipt,
- Claimed within 7 days of delivery.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange and return.
- Products must be returned in a mint condition, with the pricing label secure.
ADDRESS/INFORMATION MODIFICATIONS
Customers can modify information during 24 hours of order. One can also discuss such an issue when they receive a ‘confirmation call’ from our representative. However, once the order has been confirmed or dispatched, no address or information can be changed.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel items or orders that haven’t entered the shipping process yet. Conversely, once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information. In this instance, our Exchange policy will apply. HijActive™️ Limited. reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including
- Stock unavailability
- Declined payment by your authorized payment institution
- Pricing imprecision
- Wrong Information/address given by the customer
- If the customer does not respond to the confirmation call, text or e-mail
EXCHANGE ORDERS
Exchanges and additions can be made within 24 hours of order placement. In addition to that, during the confirmation call, our representative will confirm if the customer wants to add or change anything.
HijActive™️ Limited implies standard delivery charges on exchanged items for a different size. However, all exchanges are based on stock availability.
Exchange for another item is applicable, and any additional cost on top of the item will have to be paid by the customer.

SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE EXCHANGE/RETURN
Please note that the product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. Thus, products are not eligible for exchange for these particular reasons.
Furthermore, please be advised that any additional fabric, or patches included with the product, are mentioned in the product description on the website. Any excess fabric or embellishments utilized during shoots will not be provided with the product unless specified in the description.

Hijab Caps
In the interest of hygiene, Hijab Caps are strictly non-returnable.
Our Products are created to the highest quality and we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase, however, if you receive a faulty item, an incorrect size or item, or it is not up to our usual standards please contact our customer care team so that we can resolve the issue.
Any orders placed online which you would like to return need to be returned back to the returns address provided. Please note we do not accept returns in store for online orders.
Our International customers need to ensure they declare their goods as returns. When the goods are not declared as returns a fee is charged at HijActive™️’s expense which will then be deducted from the refund amount.
